Özarma Packaging Polypropylene (PP) Machine Strap

Polypropylene strapping is used in light to medium strength packaging. It can be used in hand machines, semi-automatic or fully automatic machines. Black PP strapping is sold as 2nd quality, and white PP strapping as 1st quality on the market. Strapping produced with truly high-quality raw materials never shows signs of pilling, warping, or poor adhesion.
There are 6 types of PP strapping available: 3 sizes (8-10-12mm) and 2 colors (black and white). The quality of the strapping is the most important factor for the smooth operation of your machine.

Polypropylene Manual Strapping
Width: 12 mm
Thickness: 0.80
Coil Length: 1,800 meters
Polypropylene strapping is used in manual hand strapping machines. It can strap pallets and boxes. It is strong and durable. It does not stretch. It is recommended to use it with buckles and hand strapping machines.
Polyester PET Strapping
Width: 12-16 mm
Wall Thickness: 0.60 and 0.70
Coil Length: 2,000 meters - 1,400 meters
Polyester PET strapping is preferred for medium and high-strength packaging. Its non-stretchable structure ensures the secure fastening of the packaged material. It is used in hand strapping machines.
It is resistant to weather conditions. It is recommended to use it with imported strapping tools and strapping buckles.

Composite fiber strapping is preferred in high-strength packaging. It is as strong as steel strapping used for securing heavy pallets and loads, and resistant to all kinds of weather conditions.
